[ doing laundry. That's all he wanted to do. It's not a difficult task, it's a task Kaneki has done many times before and one that doesn't even require mental exercise because they have a washing machine to do this. All he has to do is to put colors to one side, blacks to another, whites to other, fill the machine with detergent and then softener, and press a button. Easy.

Except when he was placing the whites and blacks and colors to different sides, somewhere in the middle of it, he fell asleep. Well, "falling asleep" might not be correct because this is kaneki's body shutting down after he hasn't slept for days (as usual).

He won't know how he got there, but kaneki is sitting on the ground, leaning against the washing machine, while he holds on to a white shirt and he is sort of sleeping (that very much looks like a coma to anyone who passes by). ]

[Sure enough, when D33 happens to pass by the laundry room (in search of Kaneki, as it just so happens), he's a little alarmed to see the ghoul passed out against the washing machine. As far as D33 knows, Kaneki doesn't sleep, so the first thing that D33 does is drop to his knees and immediately start checking for a pulse. He does, upon closer inspection, notice the man breathing, and he's surprised to hear a sigh of relief leave him. Next, he's running a hand through Kaneki's hair, brow furrowed with concern as he asks:]

Kaneki. Kaneki, are you alright?

[ the second kaneki feels someone touching him and his hair, his eyes snap open, perhaps a bit startled. Sleep is a really complicated thing for him because Kaneki is so highly paranoid and being woken always leaves him in a state of confusion, like now.

He realizes who it is, so Kaneki's expression softens quickly after, and he looks around for a second to try and understand what just happened. Which is easy since he is used to these black outs by now ]

Aha... sorry. I feel sleep when I was doing laundry. [ he reaches for his own face , trying to push away the sleepy sensation he is still left with ] More like a quick nap. [ how long did he sleep for? A hour, maybe? Probably less. ]

[D33 starts as Kaneki does, but gives another small sigh of relief as he watches the other's expression soften. He kneels down next to him, brow still furrowed - this time in confusion - as he (somewhat absently) runs a finger over Kaneki's cheek.]

Sleeping? I wasn't aware that you did so.

[He's never seen Kaneki sleep, anyway.]

[ Kaneki would get up but since D33 kneeled down he remains in his place. As he feels the finger stroking his cheek, Kaneki leans against the touch momentarily and eventually smiles a little at the comment ]

Most living beings do. [ even machines do sometimes ] I sleep a bit sometimes, insomnia makes it a bit difficult though. [ he thought D33 knew, after all they've spoken about insomnia before. That's how he and D33 started sleeping together, after all ]

[Perhaps it's just that Kaneki has never seemed to actually sleep when they sleep together then.]

Let's off to bed, then.

[When he speaks, his voice is surprisingly gentle - shockingly so, for D33. Soft and fond, he runs another hand through Kaneki's hair.]

[ kaneki shakes his head softly ] It's alright, I'm not sleepy anymore. [ he isn't. Kaneki could be tired and almost zombie-like, but being sleepy is hard for him. ]

I'll finish the laundry. [ he still has the piece of clothing in his hands, after all. Kaneki actually remembers that, even though he is distracted by the touch at first, eventually placing it in the pile of white clothes ]

[Kaneki won't be mistaken if he observes the smallest flicker of disappointment cross D33's face. It's not as though he minds that the ghoul doesn't rest beside him, but the idea that he might have tonight had been a bit enticing. He straightens up quickly though, nodding--

[Well, actually.]

Are you certain? You were sleeping but a moment ago.

[ can it be called sleeping? Kaneki doesn't even remember how he fell asleep, he didn't dream, and doesn't really feel rested; it's more like that his body shuts down once it's past its limit. Fainting is perhaps the right word, but kaneki wakes up from that state very fast when touched.

He pauses looking at the man for a second.

Well. The laundry is not that important. If D33 wants to go to bed, Kaneki can indulge him, though he knows he will just stare at the ceiling, in the end. ]

Hm- we can still go to bed. I can do the laundry tomorrow. [ or during the night, while Dee sleeps ]

[It's not that D33 wants to sleep, necessarily. It's just that tempting comfort of having Kaneki next to him in his-- their bed. The idea that maybe he might be able to get the man to fall asleep again, this time for the night.

[D33 can't say why exactly that thought is so enticing, but it is.]

Come then. [He stands up, laces his fingers with Kaneki's. No big deal.]

[ kaneki will be sorry to disappoint.

When D33 stands up, Kaneki follows but not before he squeezes D33's hand. he likes to hold it, feel it, and even though kaneki's hands are so weird and mangled (which is why he hears gloves all the time, except for bed) it's still a kind of intimacy the ghoul appreciates a lot.

Kaneki will head to his and D33's room but once he's there he won't head right to bed even though that's what they talked about. Knowing how their nights usually go, kaneki already expects something else, so he will steal a kiss from D33 - this one a lot less chaste than the small touches they have been sharing. ]

[Believe it or not, D33's goal in bringing Kaneki into the bedroom tonight hadn't necessarily been sex. That being said, he certainly isn't going to reject the kiss, chaste or (especially) not. He returns it easily and eagerly (he's gotten quite used to their little routine by now), one hand ghosting down Kaneki's side to eventually grip his hip. He brings them closer together this way - torso to torso, waist to waist. Before long, he's letting his tongue, part the ghoul's lips and slip inside.]

[ Kaneki is very much used to it as well, which is a bit surprising to him. After all, he is always rather shy about it and he is always rather awkward too, though that doesn't stop him from trying hard and being a very fast learner to the point this comes to him very naturally. Kaneki enjoys kissing, enjoys touching D33 and enjoys how close the two become during sex, and that probably helps a lot.

The kiss is welcomed and he replies in kind, parting his lips and meeting D33's tongue with his own when they close the distance between their mouths. The nose is always a bit tricky - where to go during a kiss - and breathing is too but only because it becomes heavier. kaneki doesn't mind any of it even if he thinks about those things sometimes, because he loves the way d33 breathes against him and he loves the way their noses bump against each other while they kiss. He loves small things like that and maybe that's why kaneki is a romantic.

with their bodies close, he can touch the man as he pleases, one travelling along D33's back and the other making way along his side, up to his chest. Kaneki is a man, after all, and he likes to touch D33 a lot, he likes to feel his body under his fingertips and he likes to feel the way he reacts to the touches ]

[D33 certainly doesn't mind Kaneki's touches - maybe at one point he would have, like that first evening in the Café when Kaneki had placed a hand on his shoulder, but not now. He'd come to crave the other man's contact in their relatively short time together,
but he thinks little of it. In some ways, D33 is quite the hedonist - what feels good feels good, and after living so many years without those sensations being few and far between, he likes to get what he can (even if they have become rather plentiful as of late).

[His touches, however, are a bit less tame. He takes one hand to cup Kaneki's cheek as their lips melt together and their tongues explore the caverns of each other's mouths. The other hand slips down to Kaneki's backside, squeezing lightly. As they kiss and touch, D33 guides Kaneki over to the bed, pulls away, breath heavy, then guides him gently down to lie on the mattress so he can climb over him and resume the contact.]

[ Kaneki is not a hedonist in the least, but it'd be a lie if he said he didn't indulge in this as well. It feels good if many different ways and feeling good isn't something kaneki is particularly used to either, not in all those different ways at least, so he allows himself those nights without thinking too much.

The touches cause him to flinch and gasp against the kiss, but not for long. Kaneki would have moved on his own, but since d33 took the lead he goes along for the time being, or at least until he feels the bed ] Wait- [ kaneki loves those kisses and loves the contact, but laying back and staying still is not his style. He does that sometimes - D33 made it very clear how much he likes touching Kaneki's body despite how gross the ghoul thinks it looks - but he took likes to touch, to kiss, to feel D33.

And with another kiss, this one hungrier, kaneki moves a hand to the man's leg, holds on to it, and with ease (thanks to his ghoul strength, certainly) he will try to get his partner to sit down. He can lay back, of course, but kaneki stands in front of him, cheeks red from embarrassment which the ghoul swallows because he is learning to move past it ] Let me do it. [ just like how d33 likes to touch Kaneki, he too enjoys touching him back. Kissing him, licking him. Perhaps he enjoys it a bit too much because of how good D33 smells and how good he tastes, but without ever saying that out loud, Kaneki finds the foreplay one of the best things during sex. ]

Can I? [ he still always asks, though. ]

[For the briefest moment, D33 looks a little nervous at the ghoul's question. Can he what, D33 thinks. But it occurs to him a moment later that what he's thinking of probably isn't what Kaneki's thinking of - he'd never asked to be on top before, anyway. If he were to take that position, would D33 even try to stop him? Would he not enjoy it?

[D33 isn't sure, but he keeps his expression calm and cool, gentle as he runs another hand through Kaneki's hair and asks:]

What is it you would like to do?

[ saying it out loud is a lot harder than kaneki thought. He meant just taking the lead, but it didn't cross his mind to be the one on top - he just doesn't want to lay back and not do anything for D33.

With his cheeks red, kaneki avoids looking at the man's eyes and instead looks down towards his chest, while kaneki's hands moves to the place ] Use my mouth. [ it's just a whisper, a tiny embarrassed voice, but D33 can probably hear him. Kaneki doesn't use his mouth unless allowed, out of respect for d33 being human and having to trust his body into a ghoul - who eats humans. So naturally Kaneki tries to keep things comfortable when his mouth is involved, he doesn't want to scare off d33, even though he is probably the only one of the two to worry about such a thing ]

[Honestly, as foolish as this may be, the thought that Kaneki does regularly eat humans doesn't usually cross D33's mind, even in situations like this. The request brings a wry smile to D33's lips - something of a smirk, though it's not taunting in any way - and he nods, leaning forward to give Kaneki a small kiss.]

If you will allow me to taste you afterward, Kaneki.

[And then he lies back on the mattress.]

[ at least he doesn't blush even more when he hears Dee's request, and manages to agree with a nod. And after, when dee lays back, kaneki moves to get on top of him and start from top to... well, bottom.

He reaches for the man's neck, placing kisses all over his skin and along his jawline. With a delighted sigh, kaneki manages to reach for the ear, to suck it and kiss it while his hands are roaming already. They want the shirt off so kaneki can touch D33 directly and when one grabs the hem of the shirt to pull it up, kaneki's white head rises to look at the man while he strips him.

Another sigh escapes as he finally looks at the naked skin. He is shy, yes, but Kaneki can't hide just how much he enjoys Dee's body ]

[The series of small kisses and sucks find D33 well, and he allows his eyes to flutter closed, lips parting in a subtle show of pleasure. He isn't necessarily the loudest when it comes to this sort of thing - not yet, anyway - but there should be no doubt as to whether or not he's enjoying himself. When Kaneki's lips reach his ear, for example, his body shudders, one hand curling around the fabric of Kaneki's shirt.

[His eyes open again as his own is being pulled off, and he aids the ghoul in its removal, then watches Kaneki watching him. It brings a small, somewhat self-satisfied smile to his face - who doesn't like being looked at like that, after all. D33 himself rarely focuses on his own appearance (he rarely concerns himself with shaving his face every day, for example, not minding or not noticing his scruffy appearance when he neglects to do so), and though it has been remarked upon in the past, such compliments were never met comfortably. With Kaneki, though, he can appreciate that the ghoul appreciates him - and, well, to put it simply, he delights in those satisfied sighs and breaths. He likes to please his partner - he likes that what they're doing makes Kaneki feel good as well.]

[ with kaneki slightly standing on top of the man, he allows himself a moment to observe D33, so it's a good thing he doesn't find it uncomfortable. To him, D33 is extremely attractive and who doesn't like to look at their lover like that? He remembers he still has his gloves on, finally, and the desire to touch d33 directly prompts him to pull them out.

Despite his hands looking mangled and with weird red flesh with black fingernails, they feel smooth like scales. As usual, he mutters an apology for how they look and for the fact he is about to touch Dee with them, but Kaneki also learned he doesn't mind them and so he can touch him without asking again. A hand reaches for D33's chest and the ghoul leans forward, kissing the collarbone while a hand strokes and feels Dee's chest with a delight Kaneki usually shows.

He loves his skin. He loves to touch it. Kiss it. Lick it. And with that growing hunger, Kaneki is quick to move his mouth lower with licks and kisses, almost nuzzling against Dee's chest]

[D33 let's out a slow breath at the feeling of Kaneki's hands moving over his skin. He's never minded their appearance-- Well, perhaps at first it had been a little alarming, but D33 is more than used to it by now. He delights in the way they feel running over his body - even more so the way that Kaneki's tongue feels doing the same. He lets his own hands sift through the ghoul's hair as he inches his way downward, D33's pants already growing tighter in anticipation for what's to come.]

[ the hands petting his head work as an incentive for sure. When kaneki is touched, he closes his eyes and moves faster now with his licks and kisses while he focus on D33's stomach now, against his abs, around his belly button and going lower. Not wasting much time to reach for Dee's pants to unbutton them, kaneki quietly fights to pull them out of the way just enough.

As usual, he is quite embarrassed of this, but Kaneki pushes away that awkwardness and focus on giving instead. He enjoys that part because of D33's reactions the most, but certainly he too feels a certain pleasure in doing this. So when he finally has room, kaneki nuzzles the sensitive area still over the underwear, before his mouth joins in too - even if fabric doesn't taste good, Kaneki will suck it up ~~pun intended~~ and lick Dee over it. ]

Ah..[D33's head tilts back, throat releasing a satisfied noise, even at that subtle contact alone. The anticipation is arousing enough on its own, and D33 likes that Kaneki takes his time in drawing out this pleasure. It's not a position that he's necessarily used to - that would be the opposite role - but there should be no doubt in either of their minds how much he's come to enjoy this particular activity. Kaneki's breath between his legs already has D33's stomach jumping, fingers curling more tightly in the ghoul's white hair.]

[ It's the moan. That works wonders on kaneki, for sure. when he hears it, he closes his eyes and jerks lightly, delighted by it as if it's music to his ears, enough to stimulate him with just that. And so, Kaneki decides he wants to hear more, he wants d33 to release more of those sounds, and he wants to be delighted even further by them.

Impatiently, a hand pulls down D33's underwear while the other tugs at the pants to have more room for this. All the ghoul wants right now is to free d33 from his clothes, at least just enough so he can finally take him in his mouth. And when Kaneki finally manages that, he doesn't wait to ask if he can continue (he already asked, before, anyway) and instead uses his mouth to wrap his lips around the man's erection.

The taste hits him like a train. A ghoul's greatest pleasure is to taste a human, but Kaneki found it that D33 is much better than anyone or anything else - of course, ken is very biased. He is glad he wears his eyepatch during this because kaneki isn't entirely sure he can control his eye, but that doesn't matter at all ]
