[This reply takes 10 minutes to come because Duo is crying from laughing so hard]
Man I'm good.
I was being hyperbolic but then I remembered you're the kind of nitpicky asshole to play the semantics game. What the hell could a snot nose like that possibly have done to earn a knife? You could probably break his neck with your hands alone
It matters, Deedee, because you can't just attack an unarmed child and expect to not get shit for it, around here.
Or have you not noticed the general trend of morality amongst the "heroes" in this place and the fact (yes, fact, kiddo) that there are a great number of them that could and would have you face consequences for it
(I'm not even starting on the morality argument with you, use of unnecessary force isn't even logical, end of story.)
[Leave it to Duo to leave D33 feeling like a lectured child - perhaps if he had been lectured more as a child rather than beaten he would know a thing or two about this. But, the fact of the matter is, where he comes from, threatening and/or harming an unarmed child would be precisely the way to deal with the situation he'd been given.
[But things are different here. Every day he's reminded.
[It takes a few minutes for his next reply to come through.]
My actions were foolish.
[Continuing to threaten that same child via his inbox, D33 is now realizing, is probably also foolish. So he won't make mention of that part.]
Do you have anything else that you would like to say?

[Dad is disappoint, Deedee.]

(PLEASE NOTE when I say "attempt" I am aware that if you were really trying to kill him you would have
Before you even pull that line on me)

I subdued him.
[And you think you were being hyperbolic.]

When met with an act of aggression, I have been taught to react.
The child remains unharmed. What more does it matter?

[Looks like someone is learning sarcasm - or is he telling the truth there?Either way, he severs the connection shortly thereafter.]
